6 pcs Ayam Dindings Crispy Chicken Finger
3 pcs Tortillas
0.25 cup Cabbage (shredded)
1 tbsp Carrot (shredded)
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
0.5 tsp Sugar
1.5 tsp White Vinegar
- Salt for taste
1 slice Cheddar Cheese (cut into 3 strips)
1 tbsp Barbecue Sauce
- Cooking Oil

Let's Start Cooking

Instruction A (Coleslaw):

  1. Mix mayonnaise, sugar, white vinegar and salt. Then, toss the red cabbage and carrot in it.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Instruction B (Assembly):

  1. Deep fry the Chicken Fingers for 5-7 minutes at 170-180°C.
  2. Coat the fried Chicken Fingers with bbq sauce and set aside.
  3. Place tortilla on a hot pan and sprinkle cheese on it. Remove from fire once the cheese melts.
  4. Add 1-2 pieces of chicken finger.
  5. Top it with a handful of coleslaw, wrap and serve it.
