2 pcs Ayam Dindings Chicken Meatloaf (diced)
9 pcs Ayam Dindings Chicken Ball (cut into half)
1 can Instant Carbonara Sauce
2 slices Cheddar Cheese (cut into three)
0.5 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables (defrost)
6 sheets Frozen Spring Roll (popiah) skin

Let's Start Cooking

 

 

  1. Defrost Chicken Ball, Chicken Meatloaf, mixed vegetables and spring roll skin.
  2. Add carbonara sauce, mixed vegetables, and the meatloaf in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Lay out popiah skin. Put the carbonara mixture at the end of the popiah skin. Place the cheese slice and 3 pieces of halved chicken balls on top.
  4. Fold and roll the Popiah neatly. Seal the end with water.
  5. Deep fry until golden.
  6. Best served with Thai sauce.
