4 pieces Ayam Dindings Crispy Chicken Finger
4 cups Mesclun salad
0.5 nos Mandarin Orange / Sunkist Orange (whole segmented)
2 pieces Cherry Tomato (slice)
3 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tbsp White Vinegar
- Pinch of salt
- Oil for frying
1 tbsp Toasted Almonds (crushed, for garnishing)

Let's Start Cooking

 

 

  1. Deep fry the chicken fingers for 5-7 minutes at 170-180°C until it turns into golden brown.
  2. Cut the crispy finger into bite size cubes then set aside.
  3. Rinse all the salad, mandarin orange, cherry tomato, cut all of them to smaller serving size and place into a mixing bowl.
  4. Mix olive oil and white vinegar into a separate small bowl, toss it together with the salad in the mixing bowl, then add in crispy chicken finger.
  5. Season with salt for desired flavour if needed.
  6. Garnish with toasted crushed almonds before serving.
