Chicken Mealball Skewers

The Main Ingredients

Ingredients for 20 servings

40 pcs	Ayam Dindings Chicken Meatball
20	Cherry Tomatoes (cut in half)
-	Iceberg Lettuce
7 slices	Cheddar Cheese (cut into 6 squares)
-	Toothpicks
-	Dipping Sauce:
-	Tomato ketchup
-	Mustard

Bake the Chicken Meatballs for 4-5 mins at 170-180°C.
Stack iceberg lettuce and cherry tomatoes on toothpicks. Set aside.
Top each chicken ball with a small slice of cheese after chicken balls are baked. Place back into the oven for 1-2 minutes more to let the cheese melt.
After that, poke the chicken ball under the stacked topping skewer.
Serve with ketchup and mustard as dipping sauce if desired.
