20 pieces Ayam Dindings Chicken Balls
5 sheets Frozen Puff Pastry
Peri-Peri Sauce:
8 pcs Bird’s Eyes Chilies
1 pc Red Chili
3 clove Garlic (peeled)
2 tbsp Dried Oregano
100ml Olive Oil
0.5 Lemon Juice
0.25 cup White Vinegar
1 tbsp Ketchup
- Salt to taste

Peri-peri sauce:

  1. Combine all peri-peri ingredients using a blender.
  2. Pour mixture on the pan and add the Chicken Balls. Let it simmer and reduce for 15 minutes.

Puff Pastry:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Thaw the pastry sheets and cut each into four small squares. Set aside.
  3. Place Chicken Balls inside each puff pastry one by one.
  4. Place in muffin tray to hold the shape.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve as party snack.
