Stir-Fry Chicken Frankfurter With Butter Rice

Ingredients for servings

2 pcs Ayam Dindings Smoked Frankfurter
0.5 Onion(chopped)
2 tbsp of Capsicums in green, yellow and red (each medium-sized, diced)
0.5 tsp Dried Parsley
1 cup Rice (washed)
1 cup Water
3 tbsp Butter
- Salt and White Pepper to taste
- Cooking Oil

Let's Start Cooking

 

 

Instruction A (Butter Rice):

  1. Melt butter in pan.
  2. Sauté chopped onion until fragrant.
  3. Put it in the rice cooker together with rice and the water.
  4. Set it to cook.

Instruction B (Stir-Fry Frankfurter with Capsicum):

  1. Heat up the cooking oil.
  2. Sauté the frankfurters for 5 mins.
  3. Add the capsicums and onion. Toss them frequently, for another 3-4 mins.
  4. Season with salt, white pepper and sprinkle dried parsley. Stir well.
  5. Serve with butter rice and house salad on side.
