100g Rice Vermicelli (blanched)
8 sheets Rice Paper Wrappers (8.5 inch)
16 pcs Ayam Dindings Chicken Meatballs (boiled and cut into half)
2 Butter Lettuces Leaves (shredded)
2 Red Chillies (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp Coriander (chopped)
Dipping Sauce:
3 tsp Fish Sauce
2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Chilli Sauce
2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
2 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tbsp Water
1 tsp Peanuts (crushed)

Let's Start Cooking

 

 

  1. Dip rice paper wrappers in warm water for 1 second to soften. Place wrappers on a flat surface.
  2. At the middle of the wrapper, place 2 halved chicken meatballs, a handful of vermicelli, lettuce, coriander, and red chillies—leaving about 2 inches uncovered on each side.
  3. Fold each end and tightly roll the wrapper around the content. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  4. In a small bowl, mix fish sauce, water, lime juice, garlic, sugar, hoisin sauce, and chilli sauce.
  5. Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top.
  6. Serve chicken rolls with dipping sauce.
