0.5 pc Ayam Dindings Chicken Meatloaf
1 slice White Bread
1 Egg
1 tsp Spring Onion (chopped)
1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
05 tbsp Grated Cheddar Cheese
- Oil for frying

Let's Start Cooking

 

 

  1. Slice meatloaf intro strips then pan fry for 1 min. Set aside.
  2. Cut the centre of bread using a round cutter or knife.
  3. Spread each side of the bread with butter
  4. Toast the bread on a pan on medium heat.
  5. Place meatloaf at the centre of the bread and crack the egg on top of the meatloaf. Add a little oil.
  6. Remove the bread from pan when the egg is cooked medium-well.
  7. Sprinkle spring onion and grated cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Serve with a side of salad and orange juice.
