Basil Aioli Summer Dip
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Olive Oil
0.5 tsp Finely Chopped Fresh Garlic
- Fresh Basil (finely chopped, for garnish)*
- Pinch of Salt
Chili Mayo Autumn Spice
1 cup Mayonnaise
4 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp Chili Powder
0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
Mayo Garlic Winter White
0.5 cup Mayonnaise
0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
0.5 tsp White Pepper
0.25 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- A few toasted sliced Garlic (for garnish) *

Dipping sauce:

  1. Prepare a bowl and a spoon. Measure all ingredients into the bowl and mix well with the spoon.
  2. Add the garnishes* before serving. Best complement with fried savory dishes.

Fried platter (Ayam Dindings Chicken Tempura Nugget/Crispy Chicken Finger/ Chicken Cocktail):

  1. Preheat the cooking oil to 170-180°C.
  2. Deep fry tempura nugget/crispy finger/cocktail for a few minutes until golden brown.
  3. Serve it warm.
