20 pcs Ayam Dindings Chicken Meatball
2 Tomatoes (cut into wedges)
2 stalks Lemongrass
1 inch Galangal (crushed)
1 clove Garlic (crushed)
3 pcs Kaffir Lime Leaves (crushed)
1 cup Lime Juice
3 tbsp Fish Sauce
5 tbsp Tom Yum paste
500 g Rice Noodles (blanched and set aside)
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 L Water
1 cup Coriander Leaves
1 stalk Ginger Flower (cut into wedges)
- Sugar and salt for seasonings

Let's Start Cooking

 

 

  1. Pour water into a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add in Tom Yum paste, garlic, galangal, lemongrass, ginger flower, kaffir lime
  3. leaves and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for 8 minutes.
  4. Add in fish sauce, lime juice, and coconut milk. Mix well.
  5. Add in Chicken Balls and tomatoes. Simmer again for 6 minutes on a lower heat.
  6. Season with salt and pepper for desired taste.
  7. Serve with rice noodles in a soup bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
