0.5 pc Ayam Dindings Jumbo Frankfurter (cut into small cubes)
1 pc Ayam Dindings Burger (cut into small cubes)
1 pc Frankfurter Bread (cut into half)
2 Eggs (beaten)
2 tbsp Butter
0.5 tsp Paprika Powder (optional)
0.5 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
0.5 tbsp Meat Curry Powder
1 tbsp Bombay Onion (diced small)
1 clove Garlic (minced)
1 tsp Spring Onion (sliced thin)
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying

Let's Start Cooking

 

 

  1. Pan-grill frankfurter and burger until cooked. Set aside.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic. Put in curry powder and stir until the aroma rises.
  3. Stir-fry frankfurter, burger, black pepper, and paprika powder until cooked. Then put in spring onion. Set aside to cool.
  4. Spread all halved frankfurter bun with butter then toast on the pan for a minute. Set aside.
  5. Mix the stir-fried mixture with beaten eggs.
  6. Pour the mixture on pan. When it is almost set put the toasted frankfurter bun on top.
  7. Removes from the pan when it is done.
  8. Best served with chili sauce and mayonnaise.
