8 pcs Ayam Dindings Breaded Drummet
2 tbsp Butter
0.5 cup Evaporated Milk
3 Bird Eye’s Chilies (chopped)
- Handful of Curry Leaves
2 Salted Egg Yolk (boiled & mashed)
2 Shallots (chopped)
2 Garlic (chopped)
2 inch Lemongrass (chopped)
1 inch Ginger (chopped)
- Oil for frying

Let's Start Cooking



  1. Deep fry Drummets for 5-7 minutes at 170-180°C. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil and melt the butter together in a pan.
  3. Add curry leaves and all chopped ingredients. Stir-fry them until fragrant.
  4. Add salted egg yolk and stir until foamy. Pour in evaporated milk and salt.
  5. Return the Drummets to the pan and toss until evenly coated.
  6. Serve Drummets with white rice.
